crappymedia

Crappy Media…one of the great fall-outs of the last decade in American culture. Was it cable? Fox News? The interwebs (that’s the thing with the emails)? US Weekly? Who knows…but it’s crappy.

The  breadth of the internet’s knowledge was intended to enlighten. Its sheer girth to inform. Unfortunately, we haven’t quite figured out how to disseminate information; how to pull the relevant from the interwebby cloud. Kristie Alley’s weight is not relevant to me. And, frankly, if we had a tad of social decorum, it wouldn’t be relevant to anyone but Kristie. Regardless, Yahoo put it out there and, I’m going to argue, b/c of the forum and influence of the source, people started considering this nonsense as “News”…or even worse: “News-worthy.”

Don’t be stupid, Interwebs. It’s irritating.

I dont really care about the size of her bum but she obviously wants us to know all about it or else she would simply stop giving interviews about it. Clearly, Kirstie thinks it is news. I think it is boring crap that I have become used to ignoring.
